Return Policy

Online purchases: If you want to return or exchange an item, you have 7 days after receiving it to contact us via Gmail (Charmfactory309.314@yahoo.com) for a return label. You have 7 days after receiving your return label to ship it back to us for a full refund, minus shipping costs. All tags must be attached, and no signs of wear are permitted. We will inspect your item upon receipt and issue a refund to the original form of payment.

In-store purchases: Any returns made within 14 days of purchase will only be accepted for store credit. All sales are final after 14 days. All tags must be attached, there should be no signs of wear, and you must have a receipt in order to receive
